Hi, I'm Felipe.

I'm a Staff Software Engineer at a financial company, where I've spent the last 8+ years as a back-end engineer working across customer support, investments, and lending — mostly in Clojure, Datomic, and Kafka, with a lot of event-driven architecture in between.

Outside of work I like building small, sharp tools: Chrome extensions, React libraries, macOS utilities, and quite a few audio visualizations. This site is where I write about those things.
